We've been told for a couple of years about how the company is going to be sold. There was an introduction to the idea of cuu2 but the thrust of my discussion with Elmer was about keeping the name for its value.

Now I'll tell you part two.

We are obviously not going away are we. You can all see that? Right? What do you think is going on?

Elmer is creating a new copper player and it's here to stay. It's a baby Teck so to speak of. We won't be a big production play for many years instead, we will still be a porphry developer. We will most likely retain some income from SC to help fund developments. We might even get a royalty. There's a share contraction coming too. When will that occur? I dunno but it's coming. There's probably a bunch of you who are rolling your eyes at the news. This would not be my first choice for the company. As a second choice it's ok. The properties we bought seem good on first blush. They fit our character but are not for me. I do not like the USA. We should not be there. We should be looking north. However, for the price... well, why not I suppose. Hold them if it gets ugly there. As long as it's not under water things should work out for us.

Now I seem to remember Elmer saying those slow exploration years were cause money was tight. I take it the money is no longer tight. I can see him taking advantage of the dual jurisdictions so we can get Americans investing patriotically. The exposure to the large USA market where they can have a stake in their own dirt is smart. We also give them a well company (Canadian) with the security of our system behind it.

Does this mean we are sold? Yup. In their own words, "Corporate Flex...". Next, we wait for the FS. Due now. And then we go for some more money as the shares go up.
