To me the property in Arizona doesn't have much present value. if the ores that have been found could be exploited profitably a producer would have bought it. Elmer may be able to successfuly increase the value with exploration, but it will take time.
one scenario, among many, that could unfold is, we sell the Canadian assets for $4/ share, approx. 1.6 billion which gets transfered into the CUU treasury. the co. keeps 100 million and div. out $3.75/ share to the current holders.
They then consolidate 4 for 1 down to 100mm shares with 100mm in the bank wich would give us a share price of $1.00 for 1/4 of the shares you currently hold.
That would give those of us, who want to reduce our over exposure to this co., a chance to sell some to balance our holdings to the risk...I'm not saying it will happen, but it flows nicely.
I've been telling my wife, for a gazillion years now, that the collective wisdom of the market sets the price of listed companys to market conditions. she keeps asking why the value isn't being recognized by this market. I'm running out of excuses..let's get this deal done...chunky
