CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Your statement is wrong on so many levels
1. Any share CONSOLIDATION would likely occur AFTER a deal with Teck is completed
2. A consolidation of shares is not dilution!
3. In the extreamly unlikely event there was a consolidation of the shares prior to a deal, of say 10:1, it would have no affect no what we expect Teck to pay.
4. 3-5 $/share on 400 million shares is the same as them paying 30-50 $/share for 40 million shares!!!
Geezz!
