CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Clearly something happened that we are not privy too. Could very well be what many here have suggested....low ball followed by a certain finger.... or in some way related to the area of interest vs all remaining land claims. i.e they had a formula for NPV buyout but couldn't decide or come to terms on the district premium. It is a negotiation and somethng upset our guys. But if the information is accurate, and I have no reason to believe otherwise, there must be an agreement in principal or this move to focus on Arizona would not be in play. Within 2 weeks I suspect we will have the BFS and a done deal announced simultaneously.
