I will not follow CUU to Arizona

That is a barrel of snakes and given the roller coaster we have had where there is relatively smooth sailing...not worth the grief

Do not fool yourself

Water is critical in Arizona and any new user will be subject to a knock down drag out to acquire rights

I understand that CUU is an explorer and the continuing requirement for water wil be on the mine developer

..but the price you may get for a property in that environment will reflect that fact
