Kahuna aside,... I completely agree with your points.

I'm not saying to the contrary. It does take time to compile a case or the board lights up about someone getting banned or having their posts removed. We are all trying to walk that line - at least I know I am and I believe most other HLs are.

It wasn't too long ago that Tommy2Tone and MES were on the gantry and there was the same cry to start banning. They had legitimate questions and concerns. I think they are great contributors to the forum.

I think folks should expect "...a measured amount of respect based on contribution value, credibility, and perceived integrity..." automatically until proven otherwise. I dont' think it need be earned before we treat people in a civil manner and debate the issues not the person.

Anyways... 356k traded and SP at $1.13 is more fun to talk about.
