Unfortunately, many of the promises and "guarantees" have come and gone and we're still waiting.

Considering that they failed to meet the target dates promised in their official NR's time and time again, this unofficial "guarantee" by way of a conversation should be taken with a grain of salt! As a long, I have to admit CUU management's inability to keep their own words and the lack of transparency is getting discouraging! I know I have the option to sell and move on; but as a shareholder, a long time shareholder, I feel I have the right to be treated with more respect by management! JMO
