I hope we will not have to go to Plan B. If we did, we will be looking at more dilution of our shares. Probably giving the consulting firm to sell us, incentive shares, percentage of sale price, in addition to another year (if we are lucky) of salaries, overheads, update of BFS, etc. In the meantime, our sp will take a nose dive which would cause many retailers financial problems because many might have to sell due to financial obligations.

IMO, if Teck doesn't buyin or take us out, other majors would wonder why because we've got everything in line.
