CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)

This forestry related discussion is off-topic but I felt I had to answer Web's line of reasoning that supposedly relates back to... NDP? Mining?
As for the upcoming election, I really don't plan on debating as it isn't worth the effort. I think the blog origially posted by Cuushareholder in the Off-topic forum lays out a very good, evidenced case against getting too worried about the NDP. If the NDP do want to pick on mining as part of an environmental push for its constituents, it will go after the 'dirtier' projects which is far removed from Schaft.
