Usually in business you think in term of ROI. If you invest money in CF and buy our 25% for lets say 500M, its certainly not to lose that cashflow for several decades. If they invest now, and yes they are, its already a sign they want to get their ideas straight and then build asap. Also labors materials and everything wont get cheaper over time. IF a major like teck invest several hundred millions into CF it will be to build ASAP and get a ROI ASAP. Imo.
