For me, back with the Salazar agreement, the 4x expenditure, the 4 years clause, the financing etc etc...yes we brought up the points where these qualities in the agreement will push Teck to buy us out instead of drilling some out and move ahead.

Those were all just extra gravy to me. The biggest + was the financing part. Look at all the juniors out in the market where thye end up getting into financing troubles or they have to dilute the shares to the stone age.
