If $ 1.50 was the minimum expectation before the JV was signed then we would now get a value(25%)  of 38 cents, which is within the range I estimate current market value from the most recent acquisitions made by Teck. If that statement was made after the JV, then it explains why this situation has dragged on for 4 years with no resolution in sight.
