It has dragged on for 4 years because Teck was obligated to fund FortHills until completion and all commodities where in the TANK! which led to Teck slashing all none essential capital costs but they still funded the work on SC. I don't understand how any of you would expect Teck to have done anything till now ,with funds coming in do to much higher commodity prices and FH about to produce first oil plus Teck likely getting their credit rating increased ,the RE work done Teck will finally let CF know the direction for SC. I'm betting on at least a production decision but likely a buyout other wise I would NOT be invested here. JMHO!
