Teck has to let the shareholders of Laird know if SC is economical to move forward or not in every fourth calendar year of the JV agreement,we are now in the fourth quarter of the fourth calendar year. This is why we kept a small portion outside of the JV to be part of those meetings that will take place. This is why CF insisted on a third party to review the information put forth by Teck so that they simply cannot just say it's not economical without out proving to the shareholders why it is not. This whole agreement with Teck has been fuzzy from the get go for a reason.IMHO
