Copper Fox will eventually spin out the other assets....current investors will get free shares and new shareholders can buy shares in that company. Majority of spinco shares will be locked in from loyal shareholders. Current investors will get a special dividend from SC sale as it will be an purchase agreement of a project. Northern Fox or Desert Fox will retain 10-30 million to advance other projects.
