Yes, I, unlike so many others here, understand that time is a major factor in ROI. I know the riches are there in the ground but the company painted itself into a quagmire that won't allow its commercialization until legal action is taken. I suspect that a couple of more wasted years will be tolerated before Ernesto grows a pair and litigates.
So, I only see value here as a super-long term play. Since ROI is time-dependent I have to discount heavily and only see value in the 1 to 3 million market cap range right now. My bid is set at a fraction of a penny...
