Without a Major waiting in the wings with an acceptable bid they would be crazy to trigger the ROFO.   If they do it they don't understand the pickle they placed us into with the signing of that Jr poison pill they call the SCJV.  Total waste of time to try and bluff Teck and Teck doesn't care who steps into the hand-cuffs of the Jr position of this JV.

What major would want our position in this rotten jr-punitive joint venture?

I'll gain a glimmer of hope of getting out of this hell when I see a headline like: 

"Copper Fox initiates litigation against SCJV operator Teck Resources for operating in bad faith and seeks the annulment of the SCJV and $1.5 Billion in lost opportunity cost"
