Just an odd thought here in 2008 they said LC would be recovered and in the Jan 2009 National Assembly speech Chavez said LC would be recovered. Was Brisas the recovery located within LC?

We can only hope that is the case since it would appear that all statements from Chavez, Sanz, etc. certainly (i.e. by the amount of gold ounces referenced, etc.) implicated KRY as being taken. Nothing has ever been said in a positive sense regarding Crystallex by government representatives. Indeed, without exception, western press has written off KRY as already being expropriated. What put that thought in their heads?
