Are you thinking LCMP means LC + LB with a revised contract and the wait was for one to file arb removing them from the ground so both properties can be accessed as one with a revised plan, something that couldn't be accomplished with an unwilling party on the ground, is that what you are saying, cause that's what I'm hearing
