True Cividale and yes we never can predict the Chavez factor.

One thing is true in that we will hear at least something about this agreement this week unless KRY is planning on filing their Q2 late. Q2 is due Sunday the 15th so I would imagine we will be getting it anytime now but I guess there is the outside chance of filing a late NT-10Q (don't remember them ever doing that).

Q2 ended June 30 and the prelim agreement came out June 7. I would imagine if no agreement announcement that we would at least see what if anything that transpired post June 7 to June 30 filed in the MD&A.

The agreement does say:

Immediately upon execution of this Agreement, Crystallex and CRRC shall diligently proceed to negotiate with the applicable Venezuelan governmental authorities for the issuance of the Environmental Permit and the transfer of the MOC from Crystallex to the Joint Venture.
