It would be a nice surprise to see our announcement include the permit and the transfer of the MOC all wrapped up in one package for the shareholders to vote on and wrap up the deal in one fell swoop.

AMEN! Why can't this be done? To vote with the premit still "being negotiated is BULLSHIT! Where is the anger?

On a happier note....our shareprice has only declined by a little over 26% from Friday, June 4th....the day BEFORE we got the good news of the Chinese 'agreement'.
