to say "permitting and advancement of Las Cristinas now remains in the Venezuelans hands" on a day when a news report (albeit vheadline) states ven is taking back LC might not be the best way to raise shareholder value....

from what we've heard in the past any material change in wording (and this IS a material change) has to be approved by fung....so WTF is fung trying to do? get all retail out of this stock...
