A change in the process without public recognition has been an issue with me. It is simple to keep everyone up to date with clear concise language that doesn't need to be explained.

As far as timing goes, unless someone has specific insider information, no one can say with any certainty when this deal gets done, other than this quarter per the quarterly filing.

Obviously, if the A&F Agreement isn't announced before mid November then I would expect a copy past of the last quarterly filing and you will be right.

Why can't we get an announcement after hours today stating the A&F is signed and mailings are on their way?
