RedRock- Do you really think the Chinese would sign the AF agreement without the Permit? If they do doesnt it put them on the hook for 10,000,000.00? Why sign until you have the Permit in hand?

That was the publically stated game plan as per the Agreement was it not? Are you saying we were lied to?

PS: I know I wouldn't sign it without the permit
