Don-wys I have no doubt that many things put in court documents as for the purposes of looking good to any judge. Given that the statements are still in legal documents that are public. Asking Kry to put out a press release saying they will look out for the little guys serves little purpose for those that want it. If people won't believe a signed affidavit presented in court stating that Kry wants to look after shareholders why would they believe a press release or give it more weight.

I've been to an AGM and while you may be correct that management has little use for shareholders Fung took the time to sit with me and talk despite having a flare up of sciatica and being in pain.

Kry management have botched many things in my opinion but given our options of the noteholders taking over and reducing my investment to ZERO or Kry running things with the monitor with a chance of a return on my investment, I chose to to stick with Fung.

All the people who are unhappy and are predicting shareholders will get ZERO may be correct and we all know it. Saying I told you so over and over again with no other information of use is simply redundant.

Those of us who are still hoping for a return try and keep up with what is happening. Any new information or ISCID postings can alter what we know. Rependily saying Fung doesn't give a care about us isn't new.

JC who has no shares ( I think ) pointing out that we may get nothing repeatedly does nothing for me. I'm not trying to sway you or JC or whoever with my posts. saying we will not be able to collect even if we win an award is an opinion which is fine. I disagree with you because I haven't seen any evidence to date that shows anyone winning an award and not collecting.

I will take the advise of some posters who have sent me private messages about how they have given up writing about posts that are doom and gloom but are not based on anything new.
