JC, I have no idea if all ISCID awards have been collected by the winning parties against each country. I'm sure some awards have not been paid at this point in time. That doesn't mean their fight is over. Companies that haven't recieved their award would be trying to find assessts to seize.

I doubt any companies that collected awards gave any distributions to shareholders. I also doubt any of the other companies that have filed and won an ISCID award to date have no business to run. If kry had other mines I wouldn't expect an distribution. I think the point has been made before that if an award is won, collected and all debt is paid Kry shouldn't be able to just sit on the cash and pay salaries for non existint work.

This is why different options are being explored. I've said before I would like to see the company disolved and the remaining cash dispearsed amongst equity holders. I'm prepared to wait until I have to cross that bridge.

Crystallex has a very unique case. Their contract was not broken for the normal reasons countries use. There was no enviromental problem on our end. There was no labour strife. There was no illegal activities causing us to be shut down.

Lets get through arbitration first before we decide if Kry management will do the right thing.
