Any thoughts of how this plays out to shareholders selling their shares. ie: make some money from the award. Is GR going to send out checks like a dividend payment or is it simply hold onto our shares until paid by VZ ?

Anybody have any valuation data put together with an exit procedure ?

With GR on a halt, I hope they answer some of these questions in the next day or so before trading begins.
