That Gold Reserve won their case is no guarantee that they will be paid. If they are, or if they are inviged to negotiate a deal with the country, that will certainly be a very good sign for Crystallex.

If, however, Venezuela refuses to pay, winning in arbitration means nothing to Gold Reserve or Crystallex, though the news may present trading opportunities.
