I don't recall the details in KRY's filings, but I think they are/were seeking damages in addition to simple loss of business. Compared to Gold Standard, KRY lost everything and was forced into bankruptcy. Gold Standard had the cash to survive, and has not suffered like KRY.

...all mute if Venezuela will not pay.
