I'm just as excited as the next guy about this financing, but people keep saying that the PP was done at a price higher than the current sp. Not really so.

This was a flow-thru PP. The actual cost to the participant would depend on his/her income tax bracket. I think we can safely assume that Dwek is in the highest bracket, which would put his ACTUAL cost per PP share at .31-.32.

Hate to burst any bubbles out there, but facts are facts. Unless mine are wrong. In which case, I apologize ahead of time.
