New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
Hi JW
The Dwek team would have been required to sign Non-Comp agreements as well as becoming insiders based on the information they were then given. This precludes them from buying shares, both before and after, the PP. The other suitors who were also trying to get a part of this financing deal also signed docs and are prevented from trading.
They do know our story though and once their inside status runs out they may enter the market if what they saw still interests them.
Check your trade workstation on the house positions since this pp was announced. carefully go through the tape and look who bought and sold and the transaction value over the respective volume.
She's retail from where I'm looking. TD bought 1.9 million shares and HSBC, RBC and CIBC rounded out the big buyers........That's textbook retail trade other than the 350k HSBC bought and didn't sell a share........350,000 shares is hardly a Machiavellian plot!
You may need to research this from a different angle if this is your line of thinking. I'd be interested in understanding where you see a strange transaction? I'm always fascinated by clever trades..........cheers....carry
