Fascinating post, ElithX  We are an international Agoracom Hub.  Pavel is from Austria and you from Canada.  I know that Cal and I are both Yanks, although Cal is from North of the Mason Dixon line and I was originally from South of that demarcation.  How about it, any other countries represented amongst ouor ranks?

ElithX, I have little doubt you will be able to pay off that mortgage.  I also have the same aspiration to use profits from sale of LAC stock for that very purpose and also to do some travel.  What are the plans of using profits for everyone else?

I don't really think that it is too early to plan on taking a considerable profit.  2022 should clear the smoke on wheather or not that is simply a pipe dream vs an achievement.  Today's action along with yesterday's climb in the share price indicates clearly that LAC is able to recover quickly from temporary lows, but we have all seen that happen in Spades back in December when it was over $40 USD per share.
