That is true. But I was suggesting that the accumulator of our stock may be more than one enity. Lets say you buy a license from us. You do this because you are buying at a discount now rather than pay much more later. Your lawyers have examined the patents and found them to be valid.Therfore you have decided that it is in your best interest to purchase now. PTSC suggest to you to purchase our stocks on the open market now. The prices will remain low because warrants are currently being converted. Buying our stock now cheaply may enable your company to purchase your license at no cost in the future. If your investment is under 5% no SEC filing is necessary keeping in stealf mode so the sp will not yet appreciate. Why would you want to keep the SP low? Because before the price can appreciate the warrants must all be converted and you know that all licensees are offered the same opportunity keeping your exposure at a comfortable amount. JMO and I stickin' to it.
