Doesn't it seem that Swartz should have made the 2006 speech in 2007 and vice versa?

BTW I think that warrant conversion is nearing an end. Timed to coincide with the Markman decision and the new hire. Classy to leave the new guy with a relatively clean balance sheet. (400 million shares OS notwithstanding)

Also, I haven't seen it mentioned on the board, but didn't DP say that PTSC would be hiring new staff also?
