If it is indeed illegal (and that was always my main concern for my speculation) for Swartz to be purchasing as different entities, say 18 mil sh per entity so they all stay under the 5%.. then He is not doing it. I just figured there was some way around this, as in setting somethig up offshore, or in a diff country where he would be out of the SEC's reach... where there's a will, there's a way... If it's illegal, he's not accumulating. I would then have to agree with the past & future MMP licensees as the most likely, along with retail.. tho I think it's fairly obvious, retail has slowed.. we may see the .40s in the next few weeks, and along with it larger vol days.
