If we assume that the pr announcing the warrant purchase is not meaningless drivel and the warrant purchase agreement is actually what we all hope it is, (all reamining S&L warrants to be purchased by PTSC, and no further need for S&L to sell shares as a result of warrant conversion), then the question is Why Now?  Why has JT decided to eliminate the warrant overhang at this point in time?  That pr in and of itself has not really helped the pps much, so I would hope that was not the rationale for the pr.  Anyone care to speculate WHY NOW?  Opty
