I thought I read this a while back and discussed it about a week ago when SP failed to go up. There were a few million????? warrants that I believed TPL gained and it was to be exercised I thought at 0.50 to0.60. I may have had too much Merlot that evening or had a bad nightmare. I won't swear to any of this but I think this could be important to current SP. I hope all other warrants are addressed in the 10K. With low volume, if this occurring, it would hold down SP for a long period. I hope I am incorrect about this.
