Not much discussion on this either. Interesting find. It looks a lot like verbage that was in S&L warrant agreements. However, being you found it in the Master Agreement, it has to deal with TPL. I believe they were granted some warrants too. ?? Does anyone know how many? If so, it looks like they had a repricing option based on what you found. I have not reread that entire section of the Master Agreement and have not looked at the details of any warrants TPL may or may not have.
