Was the stealth designed from technology gained from the purported crash of a UFO at Rosell?

On a more serious note.....if the stay is officially over as of Saturday. Does a pacer need to be filed before PR can be released? If so, can pacers be filed on Saturday or would it have to wait until Monday, assuming that settlement is finally reached on Sat?

Hopefully we will see a pacer today or tomorrow. Of course if PR can be released before pacer is filed then we all wait and watch for the moment.
