But keep in mind that this event will probably be the biggest in PTSC's history, and there is a need for all participants to have an equal opportunity to react. And I'm talking a 15-30 minute trading halt. Shut down at 60 cents, reopen at $2+.

Think of it this way: what if you had an open GTC order to sell at 65 cents and the PR hit? Yup, you'd filling in a heartbeat, but would you have justification to gripe as you watched it run to $4? Would you feel blindsided? Would you sue?
