palomar...i believe you are not understanding our disappointment with JT.  It has nothing to do with violating the NDA.  The disappointment is that the CEO of a public company has basically allowed the biggest day in our companys history pass without even a comment.  Others have masterfully outlined ways that he could have addressed the public without violating the terms of the NDA.  I agree that no one really expected numbers....but we did not expect silence from our own company and its highly paid pr arms. TPL's press release was so terse and bland you would assume this was a non event.  the whole pr issue from TPL and PTSC was weak and missed a once in a liftime opportunity to create exposure and interest.
