Again, I agree with the thrust of everything you say but I blame other characters.

The problem we face is that poor financial and legal mistakes have placed us in this quagmire and a knowledgeable person has to get us turned around. Maybe a fee for service basis.

We need a competent legal advisor to help work around TPL.

We need a competent financial advisor to work around the 20% owners of shares to assist them in getting away from serious long term investors.

We cannot do battle with TPL but we must realize their business agenda has nothing to do with goals and objectives of PTSC, in fact, they would pay a huge sum now that they fully realize what they have, to sever ties completly with PTSC and claim all the winnings for themselves. Jim Turley is not a lawyer or financier. Neither is Bill Gates or Steve Jobs but they surround themselves with people capable of legally and financially solving their problems to the betterment of their stock.

PTSC has to figure out a way to control their destiny. Swartz and Company has tied one hand behind PTSC's back and TPL has tied the other one. PTSC must figure out a way to break loose. It is imperative for our continued existence.
