I don't disagree with your beliefs. They should issue a PR but TPL has tied their hands with the MOU 2 years ago that requires that they OK any PR dealing with the MMP. If they don't agree we don't print. What else do we have right now but the MMP?

I agree that there is much they can do but guess what TPL won't let them do it. Their hands are tied. Who is the beneficiary of this lack of PR,certainly not us. TPL/PTSC might have been paid a billion dollars (they weren't) and we cannot publicize at all and the only way it can be brought up is by SEC disclosure, otherwise we would never know. If this continues with all our licenses we will always be months before disclosures can and will be released. It is a bad situation when you are trying to promote a corp.
