Considering PTSC will be releasing a 10Q within weeks, and NEC & Matsushita will be releasing a 6-K in early Jan as well, we'll probably know a lot more sooner than we expect. While I'm sure the wording of the PR's were approved as PART of the settlement deal, not concocted afterwards, it's an unfortunate limitation we're stuck with. Hopefully, if some new licenses are signed in January, those PR's can be more forthcoming about things and perhaps indirectly add flavor to the settlements.
