You make a lot of sense to me and if we can get a favorable decision out of the USPTO, and I believe we will, then we will have won the war and the celebration will go on for years. I don't like this non disclosure decision either, but there were a lot of very smart people there doing our bidding, and not being there I don't feel we can condemn them for the decision they made.

Obviously, the share price suffered and might continue to suffer in the short term, but long term I think we will be well rewarded.

I think we just have to be patient for a little longer to see what the settlement consisted of.
