No one needs to keep telling me that the BOD is not doing anything when they don't know.

No one needs to keep telling me that the USPTO may void the 584, 360 & 184 patents after review when they don't know.

No one needs to keep telling me that the court ruling on the 584 may not be overturned when they don't know.

No one needs to keep telling me that the patent reform bill may make it easier for infrigers to steal technology.

Yet this is all we here about for months on end.

The facts are that the licensing program is proceeding exactly how TPL said it would a couple years ago. Licensing would start with first mover discounts and proceed to increasing licensing and rate increases. That is what we are seeing to date.

The markman was ruled mostly in our favor which would suggest that the settlement should swing towards us as we were in a position of strength.

The PTSC BOD say they are looking for a merger and aquisition. Now they probably have money to act on it.

Lets start hearing more of the speculation with a positive spin instead of a negative spin. I'm sick of dwelling on the negative.

For instance the 584 court ruling may be overturned in our favor.

The USPTO re-exam could actually strengthen and further clarify the patents.

The patent bill may actually be rewritten to strengthen and protect the inventors and patent owners position.

PTSC could announce a Merger or aquisition any day.

This is all possible and more than likely probable IMO.

The price of the SP at these levels are a great buy IMO. So great that I added another 170K shares to my position this week.

All the best,

Steve
