This is totally wrong. The overall dollars from licenses reported in the last 10q were not nuisance and did not disapppoint. It was the expenses that brought the net down - a fact that is totally understandable under the circumstances (litigation/stettlement/stay). It was estimated that one licensee (I forget who and am too busy to look back) paid around $18 or $19 million - hardly nuisance and hardly disappointing.
