You state your opinion that the April numbers will disappoint, that is your opinion but IMO that is nothing more then negative speculation. I believe the April numbers will be very good, that is based on the fact that PTSC has been fighting against the top IP minds on the planet with the top IP attorneys and many of them decided to settle for what we know are significant numbers and the rest settled after a very favorable Markman rulling and just before trial. Furthermore we have had additional settlements since then. That all points to numbers that will be good for PTSC and bad for the defendants and is not just speculation.
