I'll chime in here, re: BoD members other than Jim and Nick.

Johnson brings a lot to the party IMO. Worked for/with Swartz, and had to have learned a few things about investing in other entities. Has Swartz been successful in such endeavors? Is there any reason that his cohort couldn't/wouldn't be equally successful in such investigation and decision-making?

Felcyn apparently specializes in "forensic accounting", you know, the kind of investiagtion of a company's books that would be done to assure accuracy and the viability of the company - just the kind of DD that would be proper before making an acquisition of that company.

Pohl, the mature corporate lawyer. Need I say more.

The only one I have any trouble with is Jr. I can't see where he brings anything to the party beyond a dried up legacy.
