If what you're stating about the trading restictions being in place because of pertinant info, we will never be able to buy back shares because even after the q the co. will still have insider info they can't tell us about. That whole argument is rediculous because it's the business we're in and ndas are part of it. It's probably part of the nda and for the money, if high enough, will be worth it, although it sure is loss of a golden opportunity. I personally am at a point where I would love to see us buy as many shares back as we can with half of our dough and work with what is left over. I don't care if the co. even buys swartz's shares, this is a big problem with this stock and should be dealt with immediately if we are to gain a decent share price. This is my opinion. GLTAL RJ
